UEPA will have a photo exhibition in order to educate the UF community about the problem of pet overpopulation in the island of Puerto Rico.  This small island in the Caribbean has over 300,000 stray dogs and cats in the streets and for this reason we want to educate the public.  By doing so, we hope to create awareness and motivate people to help out with this situation.
